We look forward to your application!About the Role:As the Manager – UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving the design and user experience strategy for our software products. You'll work closely with senior management, product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to deliver designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the user interface and experience of our applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and design excellence.Key Responsibilities:Establish and promote design frameworks for consistency and quality.Lead the development of user interfaces and experiences that excel in usability and aesthetics.Articulate design concepts to stakeholders using storytelling and data.Conduct in-depth user research to understand behavior and needs.Build and validate interactive prototypes with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.Organize and lead workshops and design sprints.Create persona maps and user journey maps to illustrate user interactions.Oversee design reviews and ensure high standards of quality.Use project management tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello for task tracking and collaboration.Provide regular updates and reports on design progress and impact.Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified UX Designer).7+ years of relevant experience, with 5-6 years in UI/UX design.Proven track record of delivering successful design projects.Expertise in design tools and methodologies.Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).At MTN Group, you'll be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your expertise will drive innovation and shape user experiences.Are you a seasoned UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating user-centric, innovative designs?
