Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit Operate Department Managed Services Cloud Job grade/level M5   Core Description The role involves identifying operational milestones to achieve objectives, fostering relationships with customers and OEM partners to enhance market position, and ensuring a customer-centric approach to improve the overall experience.
This includes overseeing service delivery to meet high-quality standards, managing technology processes while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with SLAs, and assisting in budget management to achieve revenue and cost targets Key Deliverables / Primary Functions •    Contribute towards the development of the strategic plan including the identification of operational milestones that drive the company to achieve its strategic objectives.
•    Collaborate and facilitate relationships with customers and OEM partners, with the aim of supporting market dominance.
•    Ensure a customer and sales orientated mind-set is implemented.
Drive customer experience improvement.
•    Take overall responsibility for the delivery of IS service functions and ensure that the services managed are implemented and deployed to high levels of quality, standards and operability as defined within negotiated and agreed contractual agreements with client and underpinning contracts with OEM partners in conjunction with the competency managers.
•    Manage end-to-end technology processes, including the identification and mitigation of operational risk and compliance with the respective SLA's.
•    Assist in manage and monitor the annual budget and forecasts within defined guidelines, directing and coordinating activities to achieve revenue and cost containment targets.
•    Lead and promote a culture of performance excellence, employee engagement, innovation and transformation.
•    Understanding of OEM products, service offerings and KPI'S.
•    Achieve and maintain required Engineer Certifications as per OEM requirements.
