Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To translate the business requirements into appropriate platform solutions by acting as an interface between business and IT in order to drive solution development. To share knowledge and grow skills development of technical skills, platform solutions, customer knowledge, and service providers within the greater platform services team.
Responsibilities: Responsible for technical solution delivery and accountable for the delivery of technical platforms which support the delivery of value-added services, various channel integrations, integration of store of values including card and remittance, customer profile management, payment, and customer services to support customer needs in various segments.Lead and facilitate relationships between feature teams and product managers to deliver products and solutions on the platform(s).Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to both internal and external stakeholders.Accountable for driving the IT backlog in collaboration with product management teams, client experience, and other areas dependent on merchant solutions and platform services.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Field of Study: Business Commerce Degree
Experience Required:
3 years Card & Payments experience. 5-7 years experience managing technical product delivery, SME of payment service capabilities with technical competencies. Experience in translating business requirements to technical requirements to facilitate product development and maintenance. Knowledge of risk and regulatory requirements and obligations of products within platform services. Understanding of the bank's various IT systems and IT processes.
