Purpose:The incumbent will be responsible for ownership of statutory, technical and controls processes as well as business development financial support.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey job outputs:TaxAudit management (internal, external, BBEEE)Group reporting (Tagetik) and reconciliationsGroup reporting packIntangible assetsFixed assetsCapexControls and process optimisationNew business development – support on P&Ls, contract optimisationIFRS 16Stock adjustmentsAd hoc projects as requiredTimely complete all annual Integrity & Compliance trainings and declarations (Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct, ABAB Awareness, Data Protection)Forwarding of all received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events and Medical Enquiries to the relevant person in Quality Assurance/ Pharmacovigilance/ Medical AffairsDesired Experience & QualificationQualification:CA(SA)Experience:Minimum 5 years post articles experienceOverall strong IFRS knowledge, strong financial modelling, excellent excel skillsExperience with Power BI and Business Central would be advantageousTeam managementPeople skills – highly adapted interpersonal skills and excellent communication and ability to collaborate and influence both internally and externallyProblem solving analysis skillsPriority setting – initiative and follow throughTime management and deadline drivenAbility to analyze complex data, seek relevant opinionsDetail orientedAbility to work under pressurePackage & RemunerationSalary: Market related
