Managed Talent Solutions' client, a major player in the Financial Services industry seeks a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join their Insurers Supervision Department as a Manager: Supervisory Projects.
This role is critical in supporting the general management of the department, coordinating key supervisory projects, and providing technical expertise to enhance and maintain a risk-based conduct of business supervisory framework for the insurance sector.
Reporting directly to the Departmental Head, this position offers the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and contribute to the effective supervision of the insurance industry.
Requirements A bachelor's degree in Law, Risk Management, Business, Economics, or Accounting.
At least 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with specific expertise in the insurance sector.
In-depth knowledge of applicable legislation and a strong understanding of both international and local trends affecting the insurance sector.
Experience in monitoring, compliance management, risk management, project management, and people management.
Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively.
Strong collaboration skills, particularly across cross-functional areas, will be an added advantage.
