More about the role & teamAs the Manager of Software Engineering Support, you will lead the global operational execution and manage the operations team for our SaaS performance and risk product, Revolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS operations, financial management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of scaling products and optimizing operational efficiencies of web-based SaaS product.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage the acquisition, ingestion, and monitoring of market and client data for daily processing.


· Investigate and resolve both internal and external data-related inquiries.


· Identify process improvements and streamline workflows


· Work with development to enhance monitoring dashboards and automation of alerts


· Monitoring Revolution processes, IT resource usage and the time it takes to process each client's portfolios.


· Resolve issues as they come up including working with client service to effectively communicate with clients.


· Review and update KPIs for Revolution operations


· Measure the efficacy of the Rev Ops Group over time: number of incidences requiring intervention per quarter, number of incidences where clients did not have up-to-date reports available, etc.


· Identify candidate enhancements to the product development / identify bugs and resolutions


· Proactively address deficiencies and respond to customer concerns in a timely manner.


· Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations and integrate them as appropriate.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?· Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Investment management industry experience is preferred.
· Minimum 8 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the SaaS or financial analytics sector.
· High initiative and motivational leadership skills as part of a matrix-run organization
· Strong communication skills for cross-functional transparency across the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and scale operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
· Problem-solving skills, from data analysis to executing effective solutions.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational decisions.

Technical skills:

· SQL SERVER ( t-sql, stored procs, query writing and performance troubleshooting) is required. · Some cloud exposure - AWS or Azure
· System performance Monitoring skills – analyzing logs, Creating Dashboards / Alerts (Datadog/Sumo etc)
· Understand System Security Principles, Encryption, Access controls, Patch management.
· Good problem solving / investigation skills with an analytical mind.
· Domain Knowledge will be very useful.
