Job DescriptionMain Purpose of JobOur HR Technology and Transformation Team seeks a Manager SAP SuccessFactors for a key role that supports our client organizations that leverage SAP's Human Experience Management (HXM) suite. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining optimal SAP SuccessFactors solutions that align with an organization's strategic goals and HR processes.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their HR needs and challenges.Develops a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.Defines the target architecture for SAP SuccessFactors, considering factors like integration with other systems, data migration, and security.Solution Design:Designs and configures SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business requirements.Identifies and recommends appropriate configuration options, customizations, and integrations.Develops detailed functional and technical design documents.Implementation:Oversees the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including data migration, system configuration, testing, and deployment.Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Provides guidance and support to project teams during implementation.Integration:Integrates SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems, such as payroll, time and attendance, and talent management.Ensures seamless data flow and synchronization between systems.Support and Maintenance:Provides ongoing support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.Manages system upgrades and patches to maintain optimal performance and security.Monitors system performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.Qualifications:Relevant Bachelor's DegreeCompleted SAP Module CertificationsRequired Skills and Knowledge:Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules:Employee Central (EC)RecruitingOnboardingPerformance ManagementCompensationSuccession PlanningLearning ManagementStrong technical skills:Configuration and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modulesIntegration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, third-party applications)Data migration and transformationScripting and reportingBusiness acumen:Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProject management skillsProblem-solving and analytical skillsAdditional Information:The list of tasks / duties and responsibilities contained in this document is not necessarily exhaustive.
