Manager: Retentions and RenewalsJob Description Join the Old Mutual Insure leadership team and drive the Renewals and Retention's excellence through the development and delivery of sound practices to achieve the desired business outcomes. Planning and implementation of fit-for-purpose regional underwriting frameworks and functionalities that support the growth and development of Retail business performance.
Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and ensure the delivery of Retail Retentions and Renewals frameworks to ensure contribution to the achievement of the business strategy and ease of doing business for Retail. Continuous improvement to ensure effective service Service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction Cost control and governance adherence Quality people management practices Experience, Knowledge & Skills required: A bachelor's degree or advanced diploma NQF level 7 in a relevant field or equivalent. 5 – 8 years' experience in the field of underwriting and short-term insurance business 2 – 3 years' experience in leading and managing a team in the insurance industry.
