Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing producer services or supplier management in the FMCG industry
Strong knowledge of FMCG processes, regulations, and industry standards
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and producers
Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in producer services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Experience in contract management and quality control
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
