To effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, continuously seek opportunities to elevate employee experience.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:Degree in Commerce – Finance / Accounting or equivalent.Experience required:Minimum 5 – 7 years Payroll management experience, preferably in a multi-country or shared services environment, with an excellent understanding of the Operations environment as well as, HR (People and Culture) value chain and links between the Payroll and all other HR processes and systems.Must have exposure to regulatory requirements across geographies and a track record in implementing control, risk and governance.Must have experience in contributing to the realisation of People and Culture strategic objectives by managing and improving performance of the payroll operations services, integrating and delivering on changing requirements of assigned countries. Collaborate with the broader payroll team to share best practices and drive consistency.Successful track record of directing and overseeing the end to end operations for all payrolls in the allocated portfolio (approximately 35 to 45 payrolls), ensuring that payments are made on time, adhering to governance/ compliance requirements and improving on the employee experience. Assist and support unallocated portfolio when necessary.Must have the ability to manage an effective service execution value chain for the allocated portfolio, taking language barriers and time differences into account, ensuring delivery is consistent and efficient. Facilitate the alignment and seamless integration of standardised payroll processes and practices in-country, third parties' interactions and where payrolls are outsourced to vendors.Prior experience in aligning and integrating payroll requirements across the geographies in the portfolio, identifying trends and problems that impact delivery, identify and propose changes to current system to ensure continuous improvement.
