TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Manager (Parts) within the Trade division at Bethal, Mpumalanga.


Responsibilities and DutiesManage all the activities and services of the parts departmentControl receiving and check out of stock; monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence; check inventory counts; order and allocate inventory; check deviations on inventory countsCheck, control and manage received notes; control credit notes which must be processedManaging profit margins on partsReaching set budget goals and targetsGeneral neatness of department and the parts storeMaintain accurate pricing for all partsControl expenses including courier costsOversee all orders made from parts suppliersContinuously seek customer care and satisfactionWorking in close cooperation with the workshopQualifications and SkillsMatric / Grade 12Computer literateAt least 5 years' experience in agricultural parts sales.New Holland parts and system knowledge (advantageous)Sound knowledge of parts salesGood interpersonal and communication skillsSound product knowledge and selling skillsMust be a dynamic and self-motivated individualBe professionalBe passionate about salesHave customer service expertiseValid drivers' license
