Manager On Duty / Back-Up Beauty Therapist

Olivedale and Randburg - Seeking an experienced & ambitious MANAGER ON DUTY / BACK-UP THERAPIST for TWO small Day Spas - 2 Staff members each.

Qualified Health & Skincare therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Minimum 2 years of Spa Front-line experience required, i.e., Spa Receptionist or Assistant Manager.

Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.

ESP Spa Software knowledge and good sales skills are advantageous.

Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Spa. Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales. Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills. Present the brand well, ensuring neatness and hygiene. Strong verbal and written communication. Be a team player, reliable, energetic, goal-driven, and well-spoken. Exhibit strong leadership skills. Must be mature, responsible, passionate, and target-driven.

Own car is advantageous.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm; Sundays 9am - 5pm.

Market related basic salary PLUS commission.
