Manager-On-Duty & Back-Up Beauty Therapist

Rosebank, Johannesburg - Seeking an experienced & ambitious MANAGER ON DUTY / BACK-UP THERAPIST for Day Spa.
Qualified Health & Skincare therapist with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Minimum 2 years of Spa Front-line experience required, i.e., Spa Receptionist or Assistant Manager.
Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency, especially Excel, is required.
ESP Spa Software knowledge and good sales skills are advantageous.
Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and wraps.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Spa.
Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.
Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.
Ensure excellent client service and personal presentation.
Exhibit strong leadership skills.

Must be mature, responsible, passionate, and target-driven.
Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat, and emphasize hygiene.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Must be a team player, reliable, energetic, goal-driven, and well-spoken.
Own car is advantageous.
