Major Responsibilities: Accountable for the oversight and coordination of activities to support the ANCC programs. Oversees and manages all the documents related to the ANCC designations. Partners with members of the nursing and patient care services team to support activities to promote employee engagement. Collaborates with the nursing and patient care services team to develop an annual report. Works collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to achieve the ANCC designation.
