Job Responsibilities: Accountable for a fit for purpose CIB Technology measurement strategy to measure and report on effective execution of CIB Technology strategy goals and mandate through technology insights analytics and integrated reporting and dashboards.Measure the effectiveness of the CIB Technology strategy realization focusing on early indicators and articulating insights allowing for data-based decision making and support to the strategic program teams to deliver on strategic programs.Implement and maintain robust, efficient and fit for purpose business intelligence processes including automation, key controls and data quality.Create analytical models in response to demand raised by the CIB Technology Manco or as a result of ongoing investigations in appropriate measures in support of effective strategy execution and realization.Advise on the available standards, procedures, methods, tools and techniques.Contribute to the development of analytics policy, standards and guidelines and manage preparation of consolidated reporting packs.Provide input into forecasting, planning and monitoring realization of anticipated benefits from projects and programmes.Analyse and report on CIB Technology metrics to ensure continuous improvement and that CIB strategy is realized.Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders.Develop MIS documentation to allow for effective and efficient operations and easy system maintenance.Drive planned changes with the team and drive project management to ensure a smooth migration and minimum impact to clients.Analyse and report on finance data as per business requirements to assist with Technology and Business decisions.Create, present and maintain business dashboards to ensure accurate reporting and effective decision making.Develop operational performance reporting as per business requirements to enable business performance reviews.Generate and maintain user-friendly information to ensure alignment with Group's Communication Framework and Standards.Maintain existing management information systems to ensure MIS sustainability.Maintain MIS system and dashboard for client management and internal operations to ensure sustainable MIS.Maintain a single point of contact for the MIS department to optimise internal client satisfaction.Provide recommendations to update the current Management Information System to enable improvements on reporting efficiency and consistency.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
Experience Required: Technology: 5-7 years of operations experience is a critical requirement for this role. 8-10 years of deep level of specialist experience as it relates to Technology and more specifically Analysis and Design.
Additional Information: Data Analysis - The ability to analyse statistics and other data, interpret and evaluate results, and create reports and presentations for use by others.
Effective Design - The ability to understand and apply the principles of design typography, colour graphics, arrangement of individual elements, logos and the overall design to ensure the design supports our brand blueprint, visual language and style guides.
