Job Duties:Specialist in FAIS, NCA, PASA, FICA, Data Privacy Law, and FCSA regulationsImplement ISO systems and accreditationHandle contract law and business law matters within a corporate environmentConduct risk assessment, incident response, and reportingProtect intellectual propertyManage vendor and third-party riskDevelop and implement policiesProvide strong ethical leadershipConduct client vetting and onboardingEnsure regulatory compliance and liaise with regulatory bodiesRequired Qualifications:LLB or BCOM degree with majors in Business and/or Contract LawRE5 and/or RE1 approved FSCA Key IndividualKnowledge and Skills:Experience in risk management and complianceStrong understanding of FAIS, NCA, PASA, FICA, and Data Privacy LawKnowledge of ISO systems and accreditationAbility to handle contract law and business law matters within a corporate settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEmotionally intelligent with strong ethical leadershipPreferred Qualifications:Additional certifications in risk management and complianceExperience in policy development and implementationWorking Conditions:This role is based in Johannesburg Metro, Johannesburg, Bedfordview.
