Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To provide full financial management services to various areas in the Bank. To engage and lead the development and implementation of processes, systems and controls in the Finance area. Manage stakeholder expectations appropriately. Ensure effective change management of all Finance led initiatives into Business, with the relevant business stakeholders. Provide financial input and feasibility studies for new projects initiated by business partners. Ensure that all risk issues are managed properly and incidents are reported timeously with all relevant stakeholders. Comply with compliance regulatory frameworks for all finance activities and adhere to sound financial principles for the various areas. Ensure reputation and / or business risk is managed. Partner with Compliance to ensure that all financial management activities are compliant with regulatory frameworks. Review and implement the Transfer Recovery cycles and methodology and ensure total recoverable costs are recovered from the service recipients.

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting
Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Beneficial CA(SA) andCertified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA)
Experience Required Finance Business Partnering
Finance & Value Management
1-2 years Experience in Financial Management in a Banking Environment.
