Business Segment: Corporate & Investment BankingShape and execute the internal marketing and communication strategy and plans across multiple marketing channels for an allocated portfolio within Standard Bank Group. Partner with business stakeholders to plan, scope and deliver impactful internal marketing and communications initiatives across geographies, in support of the business strategies and objectives.Develop and implement comprehensive internal marketing and communication strategy and plans for allocated business portfolio in alignment with the broader Group Marketing strategy and business requirements.Embed the Group Brand and People Initiatives through every marketing and communication activity to improve employee engagement and to promote Standard Bank as the employee brand of choice.Develop and execute effective internal communication plans that foster positive employee engagement across multiple internal marketing channels, in line with business objectives.Develop and implement internal marketing strategies and campaigns to increase internal online engagement across identified optimal and relevant multi-media format channels to build and enhance reputation with internal audiences.Actively research and keep up to date on digital and direct trends and recommend new ways in which internal communications may be used in the business. Participate in the review of new technologies and keep the business at the forefront of developments in internal communications.Contribute to innovation by partnering with all parts of the business such as IT, innovation capability, and Group internal communications.Apply insights, develop and manage optimal channel implementation plans and executional approaches.Coordinate all aspects of internal communications projects including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels, and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and monitoring procedures.Scope, gather and manage relevant content and documentation required to support content development.Provide reports and feedback to associates, partners, and colleagues that demonstrate insight, analysis, and solutions. Provide project/campaign/activity results and measurement as evidence of business impact.QualificationsPost Graduate Degree in Communication or Public Relations.ExperienceMinimum of 6 years' proven experience in internal communication.Strong writing skills, editing, and employee engagement channels.Understanding of the corporate and investment banking environment would be advantageous.
