Partner with People & Culture to plan, scope and deliver impactful internal marketing and communications initiatives, across geographies, in support of the business strategies and objectives. Embed the Group Brand and People Initiatives through every marketing and communication activity in order to improve employee engagement and to promote Standard Bank as the employee brand of choice. Build and maintain relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders, across business units and geographies, driving collaboration to deliver relevant communication or planned internal marketing objectives. Providing communications guidelines and advice to business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication initiatives are realised and leveraged in line with overall company and business objectives. Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Communications or Public Relations or a similar field. Additional Information: 5-7 years proven experience in internal communications with strong writing skills, editing, and employee engagement channels experience.
