Manager, Internal Audit - Digital & eCommerce (GIA)Job OverviewBusiness Segment: Group FunctionsLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To lead and review the audit process for a portfolio of audits through audit execution and oversight of the audit team to independently and objectively provide assurance that enables client centric risk management.Assess and influence risk culture in the business area responsible for, through audit projects and stakeholder engagement.Assess, identify and report on practices in the scope of audit projects which negatively impact client experience and raise recommendations to improve client experience.Adhere to GIA methodology, policies and procedures. Manage adherence of team members on audit projects. Guide team members to enhance their understanding and application of GIA methodology, policies and procedures.Manage and contribute to the development of a risk based audit project scope, adhering to audit methodology. Engage all relevant GIA specialists to obtain input and agreement of the scope. Review and approve a proposed scope. Communicate the scope to relevant GIA executives for review, input and approval, prior to communicating to auditees accountable for the area under review.Contribute to the effective development of audit technology by providing input on technology needs.Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional MembershipsPost Graduate Degree (Audit/IT Audit) - PrefAny Relevant Degree (Audit) - MinRelevant professional membership will be required based on specialty - PrefExperience Required1-2 years: Experience analysing complex sets of data to interpret, visualise and identify trends. Understanding of IT controls. Experience with IT Audits.1-2 years: Experience/understanding intricacies of digitization in a banking environment.5-7 years: Planning and executing audits. Managing and engaging with various stakeholders at a Senior Level.
