Your Role at impact.com: As a leader in impact.com's Customer Engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-focused and technically proficient implementation engineers. You will have the excellent opportunity to manage and grow the team, while ensuring all round development and well-being of individual team members. As an experienced technical professional, you will also be able to assist and guide the team in developing best-in-class client solutions on impact.com's award winning Partnership Cloud SaaS platform.
What You'll Do: Assist the team in developing custom client SaaS solutions, including the review and approval of technical plans Lead and grow a team of technical engineers by recruiting, mentoring and coaching Retain and develop talent through goal setting, career planning and development Conduct regular 1:1s and CFRs to ensure team high satisfaction and well-being Participate in tracking team KPIs and ACRs Quickly become proficient on impact.com's partnership automation platform and related technologies Build, review, improve and be responsible for the roll out of departmental tools and processes Act as an escalation point for internal and external requests Participate and lead departmental and cross functional projects and initiatives What You Have: 5+ years of hands-on experience leading the design and development of client solutions on SaaS platforms 3+ years of team lead and/or team management experience 7-10 years of relevant industry/domain experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science or Commerce discipline Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including client-facing skills Nice to have: Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA Benefits: Hybrid, Casual work environment Responsible PTO policy Take the time off that you need.
