You will have the excellent opportunity to manage and grow the team, while ensuring all round development and well-being of individual team members.
As an experienced technical professional, you will also be able to assist and guide the team in developing best-in-class client solutions on impact.com's award winning Partnership Cloud SaaS platform.
What You'll Do: Assist the team in developing custom client SaaS solutions, including the review and approval of technical plansLead and grow a team of technical engineers by recruiting, mentoring and coachingRetain and develop talent through goal setting, career planning and developmentConduct regular 1:1s and CFRs to ensure team high satisfaction and well-beingParticipate in tracking team KPIs and ACRsQuickly become proficient on impact.com's partnership automation platform and related technologiesBuild, review, improve and be responsible for the roll out of departmental tools and processesAct as an escalation point for internal and external requestsParticipate and lead departmental and cross functional projects and initiatives What You Have: 5+ years of hands-on experience leading the design and development of client solutions on SaaS platforms3+ years of team lead and/or team management experience7-10 years of relevant industry/domain experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science or Commerce disciplineExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, including client-facing skills Nice to have:Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA Benefits: Hybrid, Casual work environmentResponsible PTO policy Take the time off that you need.
