Position Responsibilities1.
Personnel Management of the Branch (e.g., recruitment, dismissal, position changes and transfers, as well as the management and distribution of employee benefits for the branch).2.
Vendor Lifecycle Management (e.g., selecting vendors in accordance with the "Africa Branch Procurement Management Guidelines" for procurement processes and related OA approval procedures, ensuring cost-effectiveness of vendors; ensuring timely submission of invoices and statements of accounts from vendors providing telecommunications, electronic equipment, sanitation, and maintenance services, and promptly addressing any issues with the vendors).3.
Daily Office Operations (e.g., management of drinking water, office supplies, various office equipment and materials, handling of visa applications, as well as local and international courier services).4.
Data Collection and Reporting (e.g., collection and reporting of monthly attendance, card issuance, online and offline merchant activations, feedback on quality issues, and data collection required for project calculations).5.
Department Coordination (e.g., acting as a communication bridge between headquarters and the branch, ensuring accurate and timely transmission of information and feedback between the two entities).6.
Event Coordination (e.g., drafting regional council memos, sending invitations and proposals to council members, preparing other pre-event materials, and coordinating with vendors for venue, equipment, tools, décor design, as well as drafting post-meeting minutes and summarizing reports).7.
BD (Business Development) Management, including data collection, task delegation, tracking, and overall coordination of BD-related activities.8.
Document Translation, requiring bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English.9.
Other Duties (e.g., information security, emergency drills, etc.
).Position Requirements1.
Bachelor's degree or higher (recent graduates or experienced candidates may apply).2.
Proficiency in Office 360.3.
Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English (Chinese language proficiency is mandatory).4.
Valid South African ID with permanent residency or citizenship.5.
Valid South African driver's license.6.
Strong learning and adaptability skills.7.
