Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Simmonds Street 5 Manage and lead a team of Fraud Detection Analysts and Team Leaders, by planning, organizing and responsibly managing the operational area for rigorous fraud detection while protecting Customers and the Bank.To drive the culture of operational excellence whilst keeping the Customer at the heart of all that we do. Be accountable for ensuring high quality, differentiating and efficient customer service is provided to customers by the Fraud Detection Analysts and Team Leaders.
