Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To ensure ongoing support of Emerging markets Franchise according to Global best practice standards for realizing profitable market share growth and smooth interaction with all internal departments.Act as local "center of expertise" within Franchise for all sales development related topics and drive the implementation of harmonization across the Franchise organization.Key Responsibilities: To support strategic conversations to build our future marketplace plans (Trade Investment; profitability of key accounts) and to implement best practices across Emerging Markets.Provide guidance on Trade Investment frameworks to support the business and liaise with the Global team on trade terms approval and exceptions.To support and align annual and seasonal Go-to-Market Strategy with all involved functions within Global framework and timeframes.Consolidating and assisting with the development of tools, ensuring a consistent usage across EM (e.g., Customer Primary Data, Strategic Account Plans, Account One Pagers).To maintain, implement and educate the Cluster Franchise teams on the relevant Global and EM Policies (e.g., Commercial Policy; Trade Term Policy etc.).Drive and execute all Global and Market initiatives to standardize and reduce complexity, scaling these developments to all clusters.Lead preparation and host Franchise functional meetings and sign offs, supporting with business updates and presentations.Drive Policy compliance through policy assessments.Identify opportunities to drive the Franchise business performance and drive action plans in alignment with the Franchise teams.Key Relationships: EM/Global DTC organizationEM Finance, B&M, Sales Academy, and ITKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.Strong influential skills and understanding of the organization.Critical & strategic thinking to identify enhancement areas in line with the business strategy and commercial plans.SAP, BI visualization tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, PowerBI) experience is a plus.Additional languages are an advantage.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree in business, ideally with retail/sales focus or equivalent professional experience.2-3 years of professional work experience.Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/ Operations/ IT/ Sales/ Finance.Exposure to sports Retail / Franchise desired.AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
