Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 The Lending Solutions Finance Manager oversees the structured lending portfolio for South Africa and overall Lending Solution for Africa Regions.
Key responsibilities include: Financial Analysis Risk Management Portfolio Management Planning and Forecasting Additional responsibilities involve: Monitoring and optimizing portfolio performance while identifying growth opportunities.
Developing strong client relationships and offering customized lending solutions.
Collaborating with senior management to enhance the structured lending business and profitability.
Preparing reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics for stakeholders.
Delivering on ad hoc requests from group finance and business in a timely manner.
Completing and/or reviewing analytical investigations on a continuous basis as well as ad hoc projects.
Collaborating and adhering to the reporting team deliverables.
Examining industry trends and influencing business.
Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders at varying levels of responsibility to achieve business objectives.
Recommending measures of improvement for stakeholders and finance stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting Experience Required: 5-7 years' experience in a financial or management accounting role.
Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Experience in value management and profitability analysis.
