Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30 The Digital Enablement Manager is responsible for providing a seamless experience for customers, partners and employees who use the company's digital solutions. The role involves creating and performing enablement programs, training courses, and digital adoption and to disseminate knowledge about the digital solutions and any changes to these digital solutions. These programs improve customer satisfaction and adoption of the digital solutions while ensuring that internal partners can effectively support the digital solutions.Primary responsibilities:Develop and execute digital enablement programs that cater to customer, partner, and employee needs, improve digital adoption, and increase revenue.Develop, coordinate, and conduct product training programs for internal and external stakeholders. The training may be in-person, virtual, or through self-guided methods.Communicate with customers and partners to understand their requirements and customize the enablement programs accordingly. The goal is to ensure that customers adopt the products successfully and achieve the desired outcomes.Generate and co-create e-learning courses, webinars, demos, onboarding materials, and quick reference guides that enable customers, partners, and employees to understand, implement, and operate the products effectively. You should be able to provide hands-on training to enable customers and partners to understand and apply the product features.Collaborate with the Digital Channel manager, product management, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that the digital strategy is aligned with the enablement plans.Work closely with the digital channel manager, product management marketing, operational support area, legal and sales teams to develop and deliver the digital messaging and sales collateral.Evaluate the effectiveness of digital enablement programs and use feedback to improve the overall experience.Partner programs in the development of new digital solutions to ensure these meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum QualificationsBachelors Degree inBusiness CommerceWorking Experience RequiredSeasoned understanding of Transaction Banking and assigned solutioning area, and a basic understanding of the CIB business. Typically associated with a degree and 3 - 5 years experience.
