Job Description We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist responsible for conceptualizing, executing and optimizing day-to-day eCommerce marketing campaigns with an emphasis on paid search, digital media, marketing technology and paid social advertising. The role supports all paid media for Old Mutual across various business units and products and will deliver digital marketing and eCommerce strategies that coincide with company marketing cycles and business needs, and be responsible for monitoring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI. A solid understanding of the principles of performance-based marketing and conversion rate optimization is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with digital campaign execution and have a strong background in financial services and analytics-driven decision making. Success in this role will be measured by online channel ROI and consistent, accurate reporting. Execute and optimize digital marketing and eCommerce campaigns via paid search, display and paid social advertising channels. Run acquisition marketing campaigns to acquire quality leads. Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of each business. Develop and manage ongoing testing to further optimize ad creatives, landing pages and targeting segmentation. Utilize the relevant analytics platform in order to make data-driven decisions to optimize and measure campaign results. Collaborate closely with Performance and Digital Marketing Managers to go beyond reporting in order to evaluate conversion funnel effectiveness. Measure, analyze and report on the impact of paid marketing campaigns. Implement Digital Platform tracking to ensure seamless analytics from start to finish. Qualifications and experience: 3 years Marketing Degree or similar. 2 years digital campaign management experience. Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms. Familiarity working with some of the Google online marketing SaaS products (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, DV360). Some direct experience managing paid social media advertising on Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok & Twitter. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certification a big plus. Good analytical skills and reporting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build strong relationships inside and out of the organization. Strong project management skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes. Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage tasks. Desire to be a digital thought leader and influencer to the growth and culture of a unique experiential business. Must be willing and able to make data-driven decisions and function in a ROI driven environment. Continuous test-and-learn mentality.
