Good understanding of what Portfolio Management entails and skills to implement same. Frontline interaction (Customer interaction) will contribute to the understanding of what needs to be done in the specific job under discussion. With increased levels of understanding amongst Branch Business Support, the turnaround times will have a commensurate improvement.5-7 yearsDeep knowledge of various legislative requirements, particularly as it pertains to credit agreements, loan documentation, legal processes, and the variety of lending mechanisms & types of collateral that may be used. Thorough understanding of relevant registration processes and various contingencies that may occur under exceptional conditions particularly pertaining to the assets of large corporate organisations.
