Manager - Compliance And Reporting.Consumer

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
To define and lead the identification of Consumer risks, execution of mitigation for the risks and ensure implementation of controls in each Consumer function to address the risk, to ensure it reduces MTN's exposure to losses arising out of frauds and non-compliances.
To manage the Consumer Risk Management initiatives and to ensure implementation of risk management best practices by analysing current and potential risks and reporting on risk exposures and prevention strategies for the business.
To provide an efficient and effective risk and control environment for Consumer Business Unit via the following initiatives inclusive but not limited to Project Fortress/Rubix, POPI, Internal Audit, Business Continuity, BBBEE etc.
