Other mentioned technologies in various combinations will be an added advantage.Strong operational experience, understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations, disaster recovery, SLA management, vendor management, etc.Must be a good team player and lead from the front in setting up an appropriate learning and conducive environment for team development.Capacity Management with respect to license management, understanding the projected business pipeline.Provide input regarding the evolution of technological platforms and contribute to the definition and evolution of appropriate technological strategies and roadmaps.Define the high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancing requirements and solutions for the project.Flexible to work in a global 24x7 environment.Work Experience Requirements:Must have experience in Amazon Connect.Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment.Candidate must understand the Contact Centre/BPO environment.
