To lead Change Management, Business Communication and People Initiatives for projects and business as usual initiatives within Standard Bank to enable Group strategic objectives.
QualificationsFirst Degree in Business Commerce or Social Sciences5-7 Years' experience and knowledge of change management and project management principles, methodologies, and toolsExperience in large-scale organizational change effortsExperience with managing various stakeholders towards a common goalUnderstands the People and Culture environment and its business drivers
