Business Segment: Personal & Private BankingTo implement the SBFC Voice & Digital business model and specifically develop and grow its Virtual Advisor arm through Digital transformation ensuring efficient delivery of financial planning services to our clients.To monitor the execution of business processes throughout the Voice & Digital business.To implement business development strategies in line with the business structure.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsWealth Management / Financial Planning qualification (or any FAIS aligned related qualification) - Preference for B.Comm Finance / Legal degree / Certified Financial Planner (CFP)RE5RE1 (Preferred)Minimum required qualification and experience in terms of FAIS fit and proper requirementsTo represent SBFC as a Key Individual5 - 7 years' experience in managing, coaching, and developing a team of financial plannersExperience in Virtual Financial Planning and Digital EnhancementPreferred knowledge and experience with Robo-AdvisingPreferred work experience in a financial planning Call CentreAdditional InformationRegulatory and SBG policiesEnsures that all the required guidance and support is provided to the designated outlets for them to contribute to SBFC's overall financial objectives
