To provide operational leadership to the Billing operations teamTo ensure a consistent, accurate, timely, and seamless billing process across all billing platforms in line with the overall business strategy resulting in the accurate and timeous billing and bill delivery to the MTN clients and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:Accurately resolving customer billing queries within agreed SLA.Managing bill runs and ensuring that the team addresses customer queries and billing exceptions effectively and efficiently including accounts receivable.Proactively identifying potential risks to the business and ensuring that the appropriate primary controls have been designed, developed, and implemented.
