Business unit, Department, Reporting Business Unit Finance Department Operational Finance Job grade/level M5 Core Description Oversee and ensure that all invoices and bills are processed accurately and in a timely manner through effective management document flow and payment approvals.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions Develop and implement operational strategies for the effective and timely payments of BCX creditors.
This may involve establishing payment plans, sending reminders, and negotiating settlements.
Ensure that Accounts Payable (AP) processes comply with company polices and accounting standards.
Prepare and review reports related to accounts payable, such as cash flow projections and expense reports.
Provide effective and efficient service to internal clients as per Service Level Agreements.
Provide support to internal clients with the year-end external audit, financial year-end and adhere to timelines.
Supervise and support a team of collections specialists.
Provide guidance, training, and resources to ensure that team members perform effectively and efficiently.
Continuously assess and refine operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

OR Seven (7) years working and management experience in finance and billing or debtors.
