Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge is necessaryMinimum 2 years experience in lodge managementMust have worked together for at least 2 yearsFGASA NQF2/4 preferably with trails qualificationAll guide documents up to date including PrPD & First AidMaintenance experience (vehicle & lodge) essentialHousekeeping skills and knowledge essentialExtensive FOH and hosting experience Valid driver's license (both) essentialMust have sound knowledge of MS Office Must be extremely guest-focused, living and driving luxury standardsExcellent communications skills, practising honest communicationMust be proactive, positive and have a hands-on/can-do attitudeExcellent time management and self-disciplined, with emotional control and must be committed, loyal, and flexibleMust have leadership skills with a passion for skills developmentMust want to take the property into your own hands and drive the business as if it were your own This is a small team, and both of the candidates should be all-rounders, and understand that the role is to be hands-on in all departments and aspects!Live in-position with medical aid and provident fund contributions.
