Management Couple - Game Reserve - Hoedspruit

Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Management Couple for a Game Reserve located 10km outside of Hoedspruit. We are currently seeking a dynamic management couple to run the lodge, with the one partner serving as a guide and the other partner as manageress.
As the ideal candidates, you will have previous experience in lodge management, at least one of you possess a FGASA qualifications, and have excellent administrative skills. You should also be great with people, have strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable managing staff.
The lodge consists of 5 chalets and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Facilities include a swimming pool, covered dining area/lounge, and boma. The lodge is completely off the grid with a solar plant on-site and borehole water, and is surrounded by a fence.
The management couple will live on-site in a newly built 2 bedroom house with open plan kitchen/lounge and covered patio. The lodge provides meals including breakfast, high tea, and dinner.
The management couple will be responsible for managing a staff of 4-6, who will live in the staff accommodation on site (excluding the management couple).
The lodge opens on 1 May 2023, and the ideal candidates should be able to start as soon as possible. The monthly CTC figure for the management couple is between R30,000 - R35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
