The following list of tasks, duties, and responsibilities shall be the primary duties assigned to the Employee.It is specifically agreed that the Employee may be assigned other tasks and duties not contained herein, provided such additional tasks are reasonably within the Employee's capabilities or within the scope of his/her expertise, training, and experience.The necessary product/system training will be provided by the company (where applicable).Primary Responsibilities:Assistant to Managing Director and Sales DirectorMaking travel arrangementsAdministrative tasks relating to contract price negotiations with key customersManaging special price lists in the ERP systemManaging price increase communication with customersCompletion of company credit card templates for approval & submission to FinanceCreating non-stock purchase ordersPurchasing of office groceries and cleaning materialsArranging staff functions/social events including birthday cardsMaintaining company organogramLiaising with suppliers on corporate clothing, branded stationery, and corporate giftsBack-up for Stock Control function in Stock Controller's absence – placing stock orders with overseas suppliers, creating stock purchase orders, creating new stock codes, processing approved credit notes, and stock transfersAd hoc duties reasonably falling within the employee's skills, experience, and training
