Duties & ResponsibilitiesFinance:Reviewing and approving purchase orders, order entries and shipment costingsApproving debtor invoicesAssist with debtor queries and collectionsReviewing debtors and creditors month end processingCashflow projectionsApproving COD paymentsInventory management with siteFixed asset managementMonthly processing up to trial balanceExpenditure analysisCompiling and presenting of financial reportsJob costing and quotingCompiling and submitting documents for approval - SARSAnalysing and monitoring contract performanceBBBEE Planning and compiling documents for BBBEE auditsAssist auditors with annual audit requirements and informationOther ad-hoc tasks required per FMDesired Experience & QualificationEducation & Training:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/FinanceKnowledge & Experience:Minimum Experience Indicator: 1-2 years' experience in a similar positionKnowledge: Accounting Processing and Financial Reporting systems knowledge, exposure and experienceSkills & Abilities:Leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on own initiative & time managementMathematical proficiency & attention to detailAnalytical ability and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Microsoft packages & PC strongAble to work collaboratively in a team settingGood written and verbal communication skillsOwn transport essential
