Your new role
Working within their Management Accounting team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including plant performance reporting, unit cost calculation, material controlling and maintaining standard costs. You will also support production management to make decisions and maintain high-quality reporting.
Key duties:
Prepare and analyse monthly reportsCalculate efficiencies and conduct follow-upsPrepare and analyse forecasts and business planningConduct review meetings with plant managementAnalysis of production performanceFinancial analysis on overhead spendingsPresentation of results to Senior ManagementDirect personnel capacity and cost planningMaterial cost controllingMaintain accounting views, standard costs and cost rates in ERP systemWhat you'll need to succeed
ACCA/CIMA studier - QBE candidates may be considered providing relevant experience can be demonstratedPrevious experience of working in a management accounting roleManufacturing background and knowledge of plant/cost accounting would be highly advantageousStrong communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholdersHighly analytical with excellent attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills and proficient with ERP systems (SAP preferable)What you'll get in return
