Job Description: Cost accounting - analysing and monitoring the costs associated with the production of goods. This includes analysing raw material costs, labour costs, overhead costs, and other expenses to determine the total cost of producing a product. Budgeting and forecasting - responsible for developing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts, This includes preparing projected financial statements and analysing variances between actual and budgeted results. Performance measurement - responsible for measuring and analysing the performance of the company in terms of financial and operational metrics. This includes analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) gross margin, and inventory turnover. Decision support: provide financial information and analysis to support the decision-making process of management. This includes analysing the financial implications of different business decisions and providing recommendations. Internal controls: responsible for ensuring that the company's financial systems and processes comply with internal controls and accounting standards. Financial reporting: responsible for preparing financial reports for management and stakeholders. This includes preparing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Continuous improvement: responsible for identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction and working with other departments to implement those changes Job Requirements: CIMA/Bcom Accounting registered with CIMA 5 years in automotive or related manufacturing industries Previous Management Accounting experience JDE MS Office i.e. Excel
