Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:As the Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial insight and strategy. Your duties will include: Preparing management accounts and providing accurate financial reporting.Developing and monitoring annual budgets to support strategic decision-making.Conducting cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborating with department heads to forecast and control costs effectively.Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes. Skills and Qualifications:CIMA/CGMA qualification (or equivalent).Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in management accounting, budgeting, and cost analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.Advanced knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
