Management Accountant

A global leader in industrial equipment and services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Management Accountant to support their Financial Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in management accounting, who is looking to contribute to the financial success of a dynamic, fast-paced organization. Duties:Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely management accounts, including monthly and quarterly reporting.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management to drive business decisions.Manage and control stock and product costings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Monitor and report on foreign exchange (forex) impacts on the companys financials.Assist with the preparation of financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.Support the Financial Manager with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations.Provide ad hoc financial analysis and assistance with audits as required. Qualifications & Skills:BCom Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Accounting or Finance.Minimum of 8 years experience in a management accounting role, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
