Management Accountant

Our client, a renowned manufacturing company celebrated for its innovation and commitment to excellence, is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape strategic financial decisions and contribute to the companys growth.As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and providing strategic insights to support business objectives.
The ideal candidate is CIMA-qualified, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and possesses strong technical and strategic financial expertise.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed financial statements, reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals.Conduct variance analysis and present actionable insights to senior leadership.Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.Collaborate with various teams to provide financial advice on key projects.Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives.Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.Qualifications and Skills:CIMA qualification (essential).Minimum 5 years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG sectors.Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Syspro and ODBC.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders.Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
