Management Accountant

Role Overview: As a Management Accountant with our team, youll play a vital role in analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and delivering insights that drive business success. This position requires a CIMA-qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience who excels at both technical financial management and strategic analysis. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to guide strategic planning. Develop and monitor budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on key projects. Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in implementing efficiency improvements. Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills: CIMA qualification is required. 5 years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably within Manufacturing or FMCG Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., Syspro, ODBC). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
