Role Overview: As a Management Accountant in this fast-paced healthcare environment, youll dive deep into financial planning and cost management, ensuring financial sustainability while supporting the organizations mission to provide top-tier healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Perform detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings. Collaborate with department heads to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and accounting standards. Drive process improvements to enhance overall financial control and reporting accuracy. Skills & Experience: BCom Accounting CIMA or studying towards it is highly advantageous 3-5 years of management accounting experience, ideally in the healthcare or related industry Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management Expertise in ERP systems and advanced Excel A proactive problem-solver with a passion for impactful Ready to Make a Difference?
