Management Accountant

We are looking for a Management Accountant in the Alberton area.
Finance: Reviewing and approving purchase orders, order entries and shipment costings Approving debtor invoices Assist with debtor queries and collections Reviewing debtors and creditors month end processing Preparing financial forecasts Oversee Supplier database systems – Coupa, Ariba Cashflow projections Approving COD payments Inventory management with site Fixed asset management Monthly processing up to trial balance Expenditure analysis Compiling and presenting of financial reports Job costing and quoting  Compiling and submitting documents for approval - SARS Managing contract escalations Analyzing and monitoring contract performance BBBEE Planning and compiling documents for BBBEE audits Peer management accounts review Assist auditors with annual audit requirements and information Other ad-hoc tasks required per FM   Education & Training: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance   Knowledge & Experience: Minimum Experience Indicator: 1-2 years' experience in a similar position Knowledge: Accounting Processing and Financial Reporting systems knowledge, exposure and experience   Skills & Abilities: Leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work on own initiative & time management Mathematical proficiency & attention to detail Analytical ability and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft packages & PC strong Able to work collaboratively in a team setting Good written and verbal communication skills Own transport essential
