Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Support the finance team in cost control, cash flow management, and profitability analysis.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term planning.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in management accounting, preferably in financial services.
