Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Annual & Quarterly Budgets: Develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with the Finance Executive, aligning with business objectivesVariance Tracking: Monitor monthly budget variances, identify risks and inaccuracies, and recommend corrective actionsCash Flow Analysis: Compile and analyse monthly cash flow reports for the Finance ExecutiveFinancial Results: Prepare Flash Financial Results for reviewsProject Support: Assist in evaluating the financial viability of projects for business case approvalsCost Optimization: Ensure operational costs align with a least-cost strategyMonthly Insights: Conduct analyses on store profitability, benchmarking, expense trends, G&A, and budget variancesModel Management: Oversee financial models and templates used in the businessZero-Based Budgeting: Implement and manage zero-based budgetingSupplier Catalogue: Maintain and update a detailed supplier catalogue for budgeting and profitability opportunitiesGL Allocation: Standardize GL allocations for accurate variance analysis and adjust account names as needed Skills & Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role Qualification:Degree/DiplomaCompleted article would be advantageous Contact ANNARI STANDER on
