Management Accountant

Administer leave
Run payroll in collaboration with the Head of Finance and Shared Services
Prepare payroll journals
Submit EMP201 & EMP501
Reconcile monthly payroll
Administer DKMS Discovery Group Medical Scheme and Discovery Health Company
Manage medical cases, including quotes, invoices, authorizations, and follow-up with medical aids
Work closely with the medical team on case management
Assist in preparing financial management reports
Support the annual audit process
Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (minimum)
Experience with SAGE Pastel Partner
Experience with the SAGE Payroll System
Advanced Excel skills

Qualification:
Qualified Management Accountant (degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent)
Honours in Accounting is advantageous
